Mujeeb Zadran: The Afghan cricketer who grew up in a mansion

Armed with a googly, a carrom ball and a genuine of break Mujeeb has created quite an impression in ongoing under nineteen World Cup.

Mujeeb seems unfazed in the luxury surrounding of a plush hotel in Christchurch as he prepares to reveal his cricketing journey. " I lost my father when I was very young so I was raised by my moms brother side of the family in that house",Mujeeb added.

Gradually he started going to Noor Academy. That is where he was started to play the game and started training. He must have been around 11-12 years of age. Then once he knew about the game he went to the khost Provision Academy.

And now he became only 3rd Afghanistan player to be signed by an IPL team for barnstorming amount of INR 4 crore and amount that even a guy who grew up in the comfort of a Mansion can do with. Mujeeb has already created history in becoming the youngest player from Afghanistan to be picked in an IPL auction and along the way has also dismiss the theory that every player from his Nation Hails from plagued background.
