Alex Hales goes for SRH this IPL

Replacement of David Warner is going to be Alex Hales, an England batsman, the franchise announced.

 Bought on his base price of 10000000 INR from the register and available player pool (RAPP) list.



Ball tampering issue takes the last week headline after the ban on David Warner the one and only Kane Williamson was announced as captain of SRH this IPL and now as Hills who is first and only English player till date to score T20 century will fill the openers slot which was earlier taken by Warner.

 Warner made tearful apology for his involvement in ball tampering issue and now he say's that "may be he will never play again for Australia."

 Warner told the media that, " I can honestly say that I have only tried to bring glory to my country through playing cricket. In striving to do so I made the decision which has the opposite effect and it's one that I will regret for my whole life.

McClenaghan replaces injured Behrendorff in Mumbai Indians squad

Mumbai Indians have paid New Zealand fast bowler Mitchell McClenaghan once again their squad as like for like replacement for the injured Jason Behrendorff. The Australia quick is suffering from a back problem and will miss the entire IPL. Mumbai had bought Behrendorff in the auction for INR 1.5 crore ( USD 234000 approx ), while McClenaghan went unsold.
